F1 leaking hose

Does anyone know the size of the two short rubber hoses on the F1 system. By looking at the clamps one has been changed already. Why wouldn't they have done the pair at the same time

Back to topic though. AS Motorsport have a F1 hose kit - Reservoir repair set however no mention of tube size.

personally I’ll measure the metal tube, as that will be the ID of the hose and go for a pressure rated replacement.

Or buy the AS kit, as you know it’s the right hose.

Unfortunately I'm far from both the UK and the car to verify. I will try to give AS a buzz

Done a few but I would get the AS kit. I did Safrane’s with generic pipe which fitted tight but it still weeped.

Replaced those hoses on my project 4200 with this hose and correct oetiker clips and has been leak free

Yes, the correct clips and hose material are key. Pressure is low (if any) as they are return lines to reservoir.
