Error code p20db

1 week outside warranty and 1 week from an oil leak repair and service at main dealer the engine warning light has come on.
Code is p20db. Something to do with heater on exhaust bit getting differing answers on Google.
Can anyone help? Ta

Google said something about heater for adblu system.
Someone on fb group said try fuses first so I made sure they were all securely in and hey presto light went off...

Credit where its due to the dealer, they said since they had had it in for repair and service so recently they would look at any code as goodwill, and if it comes back on to take it in

Well it has returned.. so to the main dealer it must go I think

Its actually P20BD so not sure if I made a typo last time with P20DB

So.. its in the main dealer and it indeed has the P20BD code, reductant heater opencircuit.

They have reported several other "potential faults" and sent a screen shot. They also said they are concerned about the NOx sensor and CANBUS errors. I dont follow though, if they are not in alarm dont they just show up as potentials anyway?
