Mrs H has done maybe 600 miles in last 2 years with "Baz the boxster" so is now selling it. Appreciate no-one on here likely to be interested but let me know if you think she has missed anything in the advert, photos etc which will help her sell him. Have tried to price it low enough to get interest but not too low to make it look fake if that makes sense...........

Certainly Good value indeed.
Liking the yellow calipers too.
@highlander clean and paint the wheel bolts as it will transform what you see.
Take a couple of the bolts out of each wheel wire brush them then prime and paint.
Put them back in and get the next ones out.
I use an old cardboard box drill some holes for the threads to drop in and Bobs your Uncle.
Good Luck with the sale.

The only thing that is against you is the location maybe add £200 to the price and offer free delivery within 200 miles thereafter add a surcharge.
Seems like a genuine looked after example, you could add that the 2.7 doesn’t suffer from bore score like the 3.4

I agree that the big issue is I live 4 hours drive from even Glasgow and for those south of the border, travelling as far as here is "just not something we do to buy a car" even if you can get a one way flight from Gatwick for less than $50, but if anyone contacts and is not wanting to travel then so long as they are willing to foot the petrol bill I will drive it anywhere quite happily.
the major worry with the 2.7 any potential Porsche owner will know of is the possibility of the IMS breaking down leading to needing an engine rebuild, but after 20 years and nearly 80k miles, if that was an issue with this particular car then it would likely have shown long before now I think.

When I sold my 05 3.2 S last year with similar mileage I had the same bombardment of questions regarding the IMS bearing and bore score.
We had the car for 6 years and it served us well doing many long trips in her.
We only sold it as my Ms French was not a happy passenger in a rhd car anymore here.
A highly regarded car by myself for it's handling etc and the flat six sounds lovely too.
Like selling every car you just need the right buyer.
