Afternoon all,

So planning a trip out to Italy next Easter time ish to fit with school holidays and wondered if anyone had any general advice, particularly with reference to the factories and car museums - are they likely to be open around this time? I know Italy closes down for all of August but Easter time??

Rough basic plan was to fly to Venice (my son is strangely fascinated with visiting here?!) then hire a cool car and drive across to the main factories and museums before flying back from Milan possibly??

Any advice gratefully receieved before I start booking things...

Book in advace for Maserati, but check they are actually building anything there in Modena as the lines are empty waiting for the chosen one to arrive (Alfie).

You can book via the UK office, you may need to check re ages for your son to join you.

I would email the factory direct
factorytour@maserati.com

With it being so far in the future they may say contact them nearer the time. I found them very professional. They asked for my Vin number to prove I had one

Pannini Museum is a MUST. If you don't go, then you've wasted the whole trip and you might as well have not gone. It's free, but you'll end up buying Baslamic Vinegar and Parmagiano.
