Hi Shane, what speed did you hit down Conrod?
What parts of the circuit did the GS have advantage over those around you?

Thanks, Bruce the GS made it to 250kph just before the right-hand turn at the Chase, the car is trying to fly when going over the hump at 230kph, passing cars at that spot
then a set of cable ties around a pat of the anatomy would be of great assistance. 6.2 liter GM cars are about the same weight with a bit more power, seamed to be equal with me driving. I managed a 2:47.1 once we realized the tyers had to start out at 22psi to top out at 30psi any higher and the slides over the top of the Mountain required the cable ties again.A fair few cars found out how unforgiving those concrete wall are ,turbos blowing but no tire woes for most. However, I did spin out on turn one by out breaking myself. Approached turn 2 side by side at 200kph which created some vigorous steering wheel action. There were 230 competors in 4 groups 47 in my group. I started out last and went to 10th in the second round. Big weekend great fun thanks for the interest Fulas

Recently entered the TARGA FLORIO around the hills in Melbourne, a 10000 Km four-day event through the countryside visiting airfields, Hillclimb circuit, gocart tracks and finished in the F1 circuit. we managed to get on the circuit for three laps each day parade laps only, max speed of 120km ph but great to be on in front of a big crowd

Hi Shane, I think that's a typo on the distance travelled in 4 days to still have time to do all the other activities.
