Door card replacement

Hi all need some help.

I removed my door card today and behind it the white foam protector sheet is wrecked - any suggestions for a fix? And how to reattatch

Second issue is that half the christmas tree style fasteners are either bent or missing - any hints on what to use and where to source such a generic part?

Assuming they’re the same as 3200 and 4200. Search for “fiat trim clips”.

They need to be twist in type, they are about 40p each, I would get the correct ones.
