I'm guessing they made that statement before they saw this picture , car destroyed , tree, a bit of chipped bark , I bet it barely even moved IMG_1315.PNG

Today Ms Hoxhaj’s family claimed she had not been speeding, and had been on her way to pick up her six-year-old daughter Ria.

Does this prove speeding. The boyfriends snapchatted it to his mates at the same time.

Managed 200km/h on Autobahn, think that’s only about 140mph. I’m not a speed king though, I prefer the acceration kick in the back, and no-lean cornering.

And trying to work out why left turn cornering at speed is easy for me and feels great, right turn isn’t....

You as well! I had the same challenge skiing and motor-biking as I do driving. Left-handers are just so much better. Someone once told me it's an inner ear thing. Could be bollox. Well, not that bollox would necessarily cause the issue. Well, who knows. Anyway curious.

I have driven and do still drive along that suspected section often. How they got to 165mph along there takes some doing. It needs to be a very fast car for a sustained period of time to hit that speed. It needs big balls or stupidity more likely both.

Seems a little odd that a 26yo was picking up a 10-0 year old daughter on a school night at 11.55pm doesn't it? Do I have that right?

My mate Paul who some of you know from Llandow is a race instructor and he says most people have a preferred side in driving and can drive faster on left handers than right or vica versa, they also can catch slides faster on their preferred side. I thought ******** but on the skid pan at MIlbrook he proved that my hands moved faster to catch and spin in one direction than the other. When he works with race drivers he will get them to work harder on the weaker side as a step in getting them faster.

That is likely the section of A10 between M25 Enfield J25 and Carterhatch Lane traffic lights. The section between Bullsmoor Lane lights and Carterhatch Lane lights is straight uninterrupted and for many years year up until fairly recently had speed cameras both sides. It is a 40 speed limit I believe. It is about 1.4m in-between or 1.6m if you come off the M25 roundabout down the A10 and manage to see green lights at Bullsmoor Lane.

The snapchat post suggests going past Turkey Street which is just short of Enfield Cemetery of which I have the displeasure of attending a couple of times in the last couple of years.

It is a terrible situation and terrible waste of life but I think these incidents being publicised to prevent further future incidents has to be a good thing.

I'd agree with that and can see that this is possible. We get used to driving RHD and sided operations. Must mean there is a bias towards us being 'handed' as it were. I would only expect musicians and ambidextrous or perfectly 50/50 balanced people to be able to potentially buck this.

Borrowed car too, I wonder if she was insured in it , people that drive at 165 in a 40 are likely to have a **** it attitude in general so may explain the families explanation , going to collect her daughter, car rammed her etc
