Did the not see (or hear) the rather large Lamborghini coming down the road?

After the collision he travel approx. 50/60 meters, so that about 20kph, but as he is braking after the collision his impact speed was higher so I would say 40kph...but how fast prior to the crash is impossible to judge as it is not shown...if he had sounded his horn he would have had time to slow, my guess is he was looking at the totty in the passenger seat or at the Maser behind (Far nicer than the woman IMO) and did not see the Mazda at all.

Either way driving without due care and attention for both parties.

It did look a bit quick. Telling if the break lights only came on after impact - doesn't suggest *too* much are a a attention was being paid!

Looks like his mate driving behind was in a black GranTurismo - perhaps they were racing or showing off?

I have seen this Aventador in Kensington High Street a few times.

Er, not quite. He pleaded guilty.

C

Yes he pleaded guilty when the police spent time working out exactly how quick he was going and showed him the evidence based on times of passing markers on the road which they mapped on the same stretch of road.

Thanks, Peter. kph, or mph?
40kph < 30 mph is why I ask ;)

KPH ....I was educated after decimalisation ;o)

So traveling at the maximum speed permitted at the moment of impact, how he did not see a little MPV slowly edging out is beyond me...I think there is film before the collision but the poster has edited it out.

The tube who gets out of the Lambo is wearing a baseball cap back to front. Definitely guilty. :vahidrk:

^ Ha ha - nice first post!

Lambo driver is a poor driver - best to apply brakes when impact imminent. Not try to accelerate through the problem. Unless you truly believe you are an F1 driver.

If he didn't see the car at all, then he's just a **** driver as you should always check junctions.

Still technically the other car's fault though, pulling out into oncoming traffic.

I doubt insurance companies come into it. If you can afford an Aventador, you will probably not want any paperwork hassle and a 10-20K bodywork bill isn't going to bother you unduly.

Do all Aventadors come fully loaded with leggy blondes?

Might be being a bit think but why are only the cars involved have there number plates scrubbed from video? Is it because of legal reasons or a massive set up to get some hits on you tube. Just seems a bit sus to me. Put everything together, guy filming in a quiet street, lambo going quick and should easily see the mpv, the mpv pulls out slowly and doesn't even stop. Strange very strange.
