Don't think it was a setup
I was in a shop a few yards away when it happened. Didn't see the crash but heard it and saw the aftermath. I'd say both are partly to blame, it can be hard to see oncoming traffic from where the Mazda is as there's normally a few double decker buses in the way but he could've been more careful when he pulled out.
There were hundreds of people in the street afterwards all having a look, the residents automatically assumed it was the lambo's fault as they hate the noise they make... people said the lambo was racing with the GT but not sure how much truth there was in that. There's a busy roundabout type road (sloane square) just before the crash and you're lucky if you can get round it at walking speed let alone race round it at that time of day.
