Creaking Suspension

I've had similar noises on other cars........bottom (closed) coil of the suspension spring squeaking in its "cup". Painted bottom coil with old engine oil and it all went quiet

Like the sound of this fix, will try out on mine one evening this week. Seems very much like a space-age "russian pencil" fix.

Do you mean the creak or the rattles? No idea on the creaks but the cabin rattles they replaced the plastic clips as they are prone to wear

Think this is the outer end of the bar screwed into the lower wishbone. Cost £500 for whole unit. The bar and bearing not available officially.
Have more pics showing shim locations. Sure this is an easy job at home with a ramp / lift. Not sure about alignment, but string, tape measure and plumb bob is supposed to be accurate.

RHS. "repair kit" by Rob Grimaldi. Note the long bar looks original, so they may have a source for the outer bearing. Will get a better pic of the outer end of the control arm
