Coolant pressure test

Does anyone know of a coolant pressure test kit that has an adaptor suitable for a 3200, I have replaced all of the hoses under the intake manifold and would like to test for leaks while it's still off the car.

Sealey tools and many others do a number of kits…

Measure the diameter of the coolant bottle/expansion tank top to check that what you order is compatible? Off the top of my head is it something like 32mm???

I saw a wheeler dealer episode where the 'Ant China' put pressure into a system to work out where the leaks were on a system but he was careful NOT to over pressurise. I can't remeber the car but it was a V8 and the leak was in a manifold inbetween the V.
Maybe someone will have seen that episode...but he used a generic Sealey kit.

I’ve got one like this. I never found anything it hasn’t worked on. If you’re close to Worcester you can borrow it.

Be very careful on pressure - I had an independent specialist do this once on my old 540i which caused a leak on the heater matrix only slight but nightmare to fix.
