So for a bit of fun and the winner receives a glorious, exclusive, limited edition framed jack sh1t.

Who’s had the longest unbroken ownership of one Maserati? Not the brand over a few cars but one single machine? State your stat and post a single pic.

I’ll start, 6 years gone April. 73 Months.

would be interesting to hear about the shortest as well (not including present cars) including why…

7 years 2 months with the GS and 13 years overall with the coupe.

6 months with my second 4200 - sold due to circumstances rather than the car.

Charlie is on 19 years with her Mini one now and still under 90k on the clocks.

My car was built in June 2011 so ten years or so. Been driving Masers for 20 years ever since I bought a 3200 from Lyndhurst back in the day when they gave you an explanation sheet about how not to crash them.

Did you read it and manage to comply lol

None of us likes to tempt fate but I found the 3200 easy enough to drive other than the overlight steering which I never gone on with. Mind I had a Lotus 340R at the time as well and I managed to stuff that, albeit in an accident only partially my fault. A claim is a claim mind whoever is at fault.

13 years 10 months for me.

Looks like it's going to be a keeper. Maybe I should fettle it a bit, tidy up the paint, wheels etc.

My Ghibli Diesel specced and bought new by me, will be six years old at the end of July. Whilst I am clearly down the list here, this is about the longest I have owned a car, and with no plans to change it ticks all the boxes for me

Is that a normal DB4? Doesn't have the front lights of the GT but it looks shorter
Impressive. Now there’s someone that knows his cars!

I bought it as a standard DB4 then had it converted to GT shortened chassis spec in the mid 90’s to make it eligible for racing. This photo was taken after the conversion to short chassis spec but before the front wings were reprofiled to GT spec a la DB5 by Bodylines to make it a proper GT spec.
