Clicking noise on weight transfer

It’ll be the hand brake shoes. Mine did the same click click noise... AV engineering knew instantly it was hand brake shoes.

OK...that would make sense, especially if the wheel nuts are torqued up too tight. Is that an easy job?

seconded and the same happened to me. It's the broken up shoe pieces you can hear rattling around

well not to scare the OP, but what happened to my car was that the EPB didn't disengage properly, so not only did the shoes come out in pieces but they were pulled up over the hubs and cracked them. Entire new rear assembly required. This is the moral of the 'don't leave your EPB on in wet months, but also exercise it from time to time' story, serious damage can occur. Handbrakes are one of the weak points on these cars

So did mine.. no issues but had the clicking sound none the less.
So did mine and the shoes were still in one piece. They were just delaminating at the bottom and rattling when going over bumps etc.
