Frank, is that Shamal a burgundy colour......If si its says after body rebuild and paint ......There can not be many in that colour and Merdien has one for sale in the same colour for nearly 30k ......

Andy I thinkit is the same car. When it was advertised privately I'm sure the garden it was in is the same as the one in the Alfa Montreal picture above.

I stand corrected mate.Just checked the Meridien site and it's not the same car their Shamal has a differnt steering wheel and the leather is in much better condition. Also it has Tarox or similar brake disc's.

God, there can not be many in that colour...I think these will be very collectable in years to come. Can not imagine there are many in this country.

I think I would...maybe....possibly take a Shaml over a GS .....maybe .....Just love them....An old style Maserati that is like nothing else on the road.......And only 4 RHD ......

When I say the Shamal at the motorshow when it came out I fell in love with it......Remember Martin Brundel looking over it and having a sit in...Its one of those dream garage cars for me.
