The oldest part dates back to the 16th Century (Farmstead). Pleased you like it. There's barely a straight angle in the house, but it's full of character.

I am a building Surveyor/Project Manager but I have a particular interest in historic and listed buildings. I'm guessing yours is listed??!!...... We live in a 18th century old farm hands cottage, luckily not listed but in a conservation area so it was a PITA to get planning for an extension!! I would love to see some external photos of yours!

Crikey you lot are far too christmassy and organised. Not a jot in our place. Some nice setups there though.

Got a few big Christmas trees in the garden. Maybe I'll decorate them instead
