Just to make you 'shudder' even more....We are done...
Tree and hearth decoration of the highest standard, lovely symmetry and equal spread of colour.
Hats off sir.
I am off to polish my baubles as the bar has been set.

Weve had 2 x trees up for the last 10 days. My wife loves it. The little ones love it. I have no choice but to go with it.

So what happened to the 'twelve days of Christmas'? When I was a child decorations went up on Christmas eve, and came down on 6th Jan ! and I am claiming title of forum scrooge, as I live on my own I don't bother, might put a wreath on the door and a sprig or two of holly around on xmas eve, and that will be it! BAH HUMBUG. ;)

I finished my Christmas shopping today. Whilst I was in the pub with my mates.

The wife went out and bought what she wanted and I paid for it.
That's that all done for the year without too much bother.

Think I did quite well. Wonder what she bought?????

Got our outside tree up today. Then I got the lights out. Where’s the effing plug? Lost in move. More lights bought and just came on as we legged it to local pub for beer n dinner. I love this little village. Fear we are going to be outsiders for a while tho’
