Chirping crankshaft pulley!

Hi guys
Got another issue. (Gotta love these cars ).
Ive found other threads on this but different causes maybe.
Got an annoying chirping from pulley area. Had 3 pulleys replaced, new belts and now a new waterpump ( on advice from the workshop) and its still doing it.
Now they're saying its the main crankshaft pulley. The car appears to have a used crankshaft pulley on it as on removal it has writing on it.
They've contacted maserati and maserati said there might be a machined washer that should go with the crankshaft pulley that isnt on any diagrams. ( eg eurospares etc.) This seems unlikely.
Question is if its the crankshaft pulley how is a brand new one going to help stop the chirp? ( its a solid piece)its l like £400 plus vat and the bolt is £45 etc.
Happy to do it but concerned of cost if it dosent work. I'vd already spent quite a bit.
Not criticising the garage they've been brilliant and these things are hard to sort.
They've also mentioned the chain behind thd crankshaft that runs oil pump might be making the noise.
Any thoughts greatly recieved.
Thanks Jim
Piccy shows where the ' washer should go'

Right

Might be one of these 3 ( circled in red) as rest has been replaced. Still have the chirping!
Any pointers welcome.
Thanks

Right update again.
If I lubricate the inside of the crankshaft pulley the chirping stops!
I know it wont last. Now does this mean the crankshaft pulley itself needs replacing?
The pulley tensioners, belts and waterpump have been replaced.
Basically the items circled in red I have not replaced.
So basically if I payout the large amount of money for the crankshaft pulley will it stop this continuing annoying chirp noise?
Used to like budgies!!!

I suspect that the front pulley on the crankshaft is also a torsional damper, which generally means that is has an inner and outer part connected by rubber.

It could well be that, particularly if it stops with lubrication. If the rubber part is coming unstuck it might make a noise.

But it does seem like a fairly uncommon issue so you might have to bite the bullet and find out for sure. It could be a slipping belt or something too, but you would have to assume that the garage have ruled this out already.

Thanks for the info. Looks like I'm going to have to replace crankshaft pulley.
On the plus side at least we know which pulley/ tensioner is making the chirp.
Wished I'd investigated myself sooner rather than relying on a garage. Hindsight! A wonderful thing.

Update.
Have decided to bite the bullet and change crankshaft pulley / torsion dampener ( thats what its called on eurospares website ) I realise I'll have to pay top wack for the torsion dampener. The bolt is £40/ £45 plus vat and the washer is approx £7.00 plus vat. Anyone know of any cheaper substitutes?

Just be aware that when you sprayed the crank pulley, in seconds, the lube is distributed around the entire system.

It’s usually an idler, I would advise replacing them first.

Hi
The idlers were done first followed by the water pump. The parts ringed in red have been replaced already and its still doing it.
So its been narrowed down to the crankshaft/ torsion dampener.

Been bit of game to be honest. Had the car approx 3/4 months. Never owned such a vehicle before its brilliant!!!. Its cost alot already though lol.
Hoping once all done I'm set for a while.
It will have had new tensioners x3, waterpump, new belts and now torsion dampener / crankshaft pulley. Its hasn't been cheap.
Thankyou for your advice much appreciated

I take it you have the correct belt fitted? Most are a 6PK1564 but we do see different lengths (1564mm circumference) and always fit the same as come off. Hopefully you will be at the route of the cause but if not try one 5mm longer and shorter, you may be surprised at the difference.

It will have the affect of adding or lessening tension on the system.

Obviously too much or too less tension will cause bigger issues, so only small increments.

Hi
I got the belts from eurospares so I can only assume they are right. Still it did the chirp with the old belts too. I believe the garage who are doing some of the work have tried different belts in desperation when they'd diagnosed the issue to be the waterpump and it wasn't. Still cars got 58000 on it and its one of the early ones so perhaps a blessing all these things will be done for the future.
Thankyou for your pointers much appreciated

Hi
Right update on chirping noise. It was the Crankshaft pulley / Torsion dampener.
Bit the bullet and ordered new one with new bolt and washer.
Car has been running now for a week with new part on and has been driven everyday totalling over 200 miles and no issues and no chirp noise so finally GONE!!! Hooray!
If anyone has same issue it was cheaper to replace crankshaft pulley than the waterpump ( labour etc). Start with the three little pulleys and belts. After that go with the crankshaft pulley.
Hope this helps someone out.

Ok thats great news.

Just to add to my note above about the Aux belt there are 2 types depending upon gearbox:
239616 AUTO 6PK1564
239617 F1 6PK1544
