Wonder why this isn't selling...A very cheap face lift car. No web site for the dealer but looking at the others cars he is selling its mostly Range Rovers and the odd Bentley...Looks like the guy sells from his home as most of the pics of the others cars he is selling is outside a stately home.

My thoghts;

That front bumper is not right, the shut lines seen to stand out way too much for a factory finish.
Missing head-light washer covers on a 20k car prepped for sale? Consider the above in conjunction and I would guess front bumper has been off for a re-paint...stone chips or something worse?
Hand brake is way out of adjustment after a service just 2k ago?
Low washer fluid on photos, OK small niggle but if you cant fix that prior to taking the photos than what else has been missed?
Rear shots are not right; the two exhausts look to be different heights

I commented on this on the other forum. V8 badge also missing. Obviously a neglected car, that has not been well prepped. Might be worth the risk but will need a very thorough inspection.

Agree UM...If it looks cheap there is a reason...

Usually though.....because they aint had a bite of any kind at a higher price and now need to off load it, toute suite...and now its nearer its true value.......give or take 5k?!!

Yep, shame I cant take the horses willie with me!

Mind you, I have washed it and but it to bed after a hard week on the job in Le Mans!

Give the guy a break. I doubt that there is a 40k mile 4200GT out there which has not had the front bumper off for a respray. Mine's been done at least twice (once by me) but they are a pig to put back on. The previous owner of my car had a real problem with the headlight washer covers popping off too which is why mine came with four.

If I was in the market I would see the presentation of that car as an opportunity. Certainly needs a good look over though.

I'm the odity then...64k and the bumpers are still on...but could do with a re-paint now. However I will have it re-fitted properly or not pay untill its done.

What I am saying is that this car is 'Prepped' for sale, not a private one, but by a trader. If I was looking to change I would notice the falts I have listed and make a call as to if I would buy it or look else where.

In this case I would look else where becasue of the faults and its the same blue as I have now!

If a trader presents like this I would not take a chance even if they said ok I'll fix it, or knock a k or two off

Agree with the front bumper...Most cars over 3 years old has had a little paint these days.
