I agree Mike, its also to do with the public there being more mod/aftermarket friendly. The car culture there is more geared towards upgrades, so more owners in the US fit these products.

Yes I have seen H&R springs for sale on ebay, but not currently listed by H&R on their web site.
Never heard anyone actually buy them.

Eibachs I would have in a heartbeat.

HR are similar to Eibach, maybe a little less stiff, also they're not same performance after a while. Had them on the saab.

Interesting, can't find any Maserati listing on their web site.

Cost on HR website for 4200 & GS £399.00 but not approved? Don`t know why as the rest of the springs for other cars are?
Also on Motamec North Wales website for £387.06 Tel 01409 211663. Just had my GS Lowered by Autoshield, as the GS has adjustable springs they dropped it by 20mm front & 30mm rear corners like a roller skate also fitted centre section
x-pipe left the original valved back boxes on makes a **** of a differance no droning at 40-50mph very pleased.

I will try and push for a lower price, but have to be realistic with shipping costs, brokerage costs and import duty etc all adding to the amount that FD charges.

Noticed at set of H&R springs for sale on ebay at the moment (europe based) at a reasonable price.

Nothing yet. Jeff is crunching some numbers, But hopeful there will be a significant saving. Ill chase him again tomorrow.

I supply H&R aswell, but the feedback seems to be that they are more a 'Lowering' spring than a 'Sports' Spring. So more suited to getting the 'look' rather than the outright performance benefits and improvement of a properly tuned 'Sports' spring.

We fitted FD springs to our 4200 Spyder pre Xmas and yes expensive but worth it for result, recommended
