Just wondering if anyone else has had a problem with the catch on the central console? mine is broken and looking for a more permanent fix than velcro!

Is the same available for the armrest in the back of a 2008 ( pre facelift) QP. The spring on mine seems to be broken so the clasp does not keep the top of the armrest clipped to the bottom as it should. Consequently when I lift the arm rest and stow it in the seat backrest as intended by the designer, it jams there and is quite tricky to get down again. I resort to a kitchen spatula. Also the cupholder in the rear seat armrest keeps springing out.
Infuriating little defects.

Do you mean to say that you leap out of the driver’s seat clutching a spatula when one of your passengers requests an arm rest? I’d suggest thwacking them with the spatula and a telling them a firm “no you can’t”.

No idea. I can’t find a spatula on the parts list.
