The 2-seat Strad is the future MCV, not the lardier 4 seat version that was built in higher numbers. As nice as this car is, I'd not swap it for my 2 seater.

not a hint of bias there Ewan ;-)
I think all Strads are wonderful things but currently struggling to justify the premium over my MC Shift GTS (only 43 imported!). I haven't yet seen a cheap Centennial but I have seen some cheap 2 seaters. You may be right but only time will tell.

I beg to differ. Loads more buyers of 4 seaters than 2 seaters as they’re far more practical in the real world. Low numbers of the 2 seat will always help the residuals though.

Is there even a performance difference between the two for the lack of 2 seats? I think even on the track it will be hard to see the difference.

2 seater will obviously be faster, based on the Sparco made Enzo seats alone!

I think the carbon bonnet was supposed to make up for the extra weight of the rear seats but I might be wrong.

A friend of mine has the 2 seater and a 4 seater. The 2 seater may be coming up for sale soon and I been given first dips the 4 seater has the bare carbon bonnet does this interchange with the 2 seater bonnet

Yes, the body panels would all be interchangeable - your friend is a lucky man/woman for sure

Agreed - there are more buyers for the 4 seater, which is why more were sold in the first place. But overall, the rarity of the 2 seater will see that one be the more collectable. Well, that’s what I hope will happen!

On paper the performance is the same. But on a track, sitting in a 2 seater, Sparco harnessed into the alcantara covered carbon Enzo shells with the roll cage behind, you are bound to be able to push just that little harder than when sliding about in the leather armchairs of the 4 seater. At least, that’s the theory.

Well I have to admit that I picked up the car yesterday from Richard Grace. Great guy to deal with from seeing his advert on FB on Wednesday to picking it up yesterday. Traded my lovely blue GT sport which was perfect. Wanted this car for about 3 years and wasn’t going to miss out this time.
