Shame it is Silver with brown interior. Not a fan of light colours on a GT unless it is white.

15k looks nice

As much as I love a good mk2 Ghbili, other than its apparent condition, I can’t see the appeal of this particular car. Its an auto, LHD, with the later lower powered engine, missing history, in (IMO) not a great colour.

Now, a lovely condition, late, low mileage, dark coloured, RHD manual Ghibli from a Japan with history - that would get me interested.

There aren’t that many RHDs over there (which sounds odd, but it’s a prestige thing to have a LHD car due to having to pay an enormous tax). I’ve been trawling goo net for years and I’ve seen just the one.
There are two Cups on there at the moment, but the site is hardly ever updated - thereMs a yellow LHD that sold about a year if not longer ago. RHD Japanese cars rarely reach the open market from what I’ve seen...

What about that 4.7 for less than £24k... with variations fixed and service seems to be sorted nicely... open to sensible offers too! Incredible value

I just found a great car on Auto Trader:
That is a great deal! Shame for the sellers, but market forces are what they are. The leather is really brown in the pictures, anyone have this in real life? I tend to prefer the "natural" tan coloured interiors generally.

At least brown isn’t as offensive and screamy as the Liberace red seats that came w a lot of cars delivered in the UK

Most auctions now closed. BCA is buy now or some e-auctions but you need a trader's account to even see prices. Usually non-traders can bid at the physical auctions. Would be interested to know to what extent prices have been affected.

LOL....I was just about to say the same thing. At least when the incontinence kicks in it won't be so disastrous!

I tried bidding at a BCA auction , bought a catalogue , got into the hall then noticed I'd been sold the "bid the mug up" non account holder catalogue printed on bright yellow paper while trade had white

Didn't see any bargains but I guess that might change when they do open to the public as I can't see the trade buying much

Auction postponed unsurprisingly.

I have no doubt that attending a BCA auction as a member of the public is fraught with issues. I just would really like to see what they are offering to trade members at the moment.

It would be against the law to go, as it’s not an essential journey. Dealers still can though as we are allowed to go to work. Everything on there is CAP Average and above so you’re not missing out on anything. If you want me to look at something specific for you I don’t mind doing so.

The risks of conflating two points in a single post.

My postponement comment was in relation to Trade Classics' online auction of the 456M GTA.

As for BCA, of course all physical auctions are cancelled. Some auction house like CCA are moving to online only to try and keep things going and BCA are offering some options to the trade.
