same real tasty rare motors in the french auction house coming up in feb

Sebring and Group B cars are lovely - particularly the RS200; it’s one Kalle Grundel took to third on the Swedish Rally. However there’s this fascinating Lancia. Could be a bitsa, could be a genuine development hack https://www.artcurial.com/en/lot-1956-lancia-aurelia-b20-gt-serie-5-laboratoire-4058-37

their write up sounds interesting on the Lancia

"This car is therefore most likely a development version manufactured at the time, perhaps to prepare for the arrival of the Aurelia series 6 or the Flaminia which has somehow escaped destruction. If no documentation exists to support this hypothesis, circumstantial evidence is provided by the car itself. Its complete restoration by one of the most renowned experts for the Flaminia has confirmed these very special characteristics."

Over at RM Sotheby’s...
The world’s only twin engined Alfasud rally car

Something for @MarkMas - it’s one of very few 420bhp engined Le Mans versions

On the subject of Le Mans

Love the colour on this but then I am the kind of weirdo who’d love a Primatist

Michelotto 348 - yet to drive a 348, heard they’re edgy (which I rather like...), so an even edgier one? Sounds fun

My computer game dreams come true

And finally, I love this almost as much as I love the SZ. 250bhp, weighs much less than a standard Grale and thus very, very brisk apparently.

Yum. Except that it's LHD and I don't like black interiors, so fortunately I won't have to find the cash for that!

Also, this pic is a bit of a warning of what you would be getting into:

80586

Might be one for @Doctor Houx ....

Yes, me too since I am back in Paris, but where are they? I browsed several times the site, did not find out. May be stored in some specialized big data cloud? Anyhow I send the question to Sotheby England (in French language ;))

good point, there is mention of where cars stored for viewing, must be viewing dates at least although nothing mentioned and then perhaps just remote bidding ?
