I remember the “vintage” pack which appeared for the later 4200 Coupes, but not this “Contemporary Classic” pack for the GranSport.
It’s not mentioned in any of the GranSport brochures or price lists I have, that cover 2004-2007.
Strange.
Was it definitely available under that package name in the UK market I wonder?

Quite agree, 1950’s stuff has dropped drastically, 60/70s I dont think are far behind.

Strange. It’s listed as “Sold” on the SWVA website (and the unsold cars show as “Not Sold”).
But that could just be an error in the listing.

I have never seen nor heard of it before yesterday and as you're aware, I'm a full on Gransport nerd. So I'd say it's for a different market.

It's the real thing, and that's where the positives end. Needs what is likely a substantial amount of paintwork, variators are rattling, sticky buttons. That is at the very least £6000 before you spend on any other mechanicals or fix the window.

I remember doing PDI checks on those new and I like them and if I was in the UK I'd be Tempted.

I was reading about a chap in France that bought a Ferrari 812 Comp, for EUR 180k. The tax on it was going to be a further EUR 400k!!!
So he registered to his company in Czeck Republic, but keeps and uses it at his house in France. All legal and above board, apparently.
It would appear France has gone mad.
