I sold mine recently with a few more miles at a few k less.
There are plenty of V8 Vantage examples around. I see these dropping to low 20's and you might even start to see a V8 Vantage starting with a 1 in the next year or two.

It’s about perspective ....
When I was looking for a 4200 about 4 years ago, this kind of example ( low end of what was floating about)was pulling low 30.s.....
You can sit on yer hands or dissect the market all you like - it’s a lot of car for under £27K

Thing is it will need a clutch so will be a £30k car at that point pretty much. I reckon you could buy one soon at £25k with a recent clutch so you can easily get a £5k and more swing on some of these cars.
Check on tyres, brakes and a service being needed or not and you have another £3k or more swing possibly.

Benny might abandon his project shuvett and just buy this. Shame there's no Firenza or Magnum, those are the only Vauxhalls to get excited about.

Very pretty. But needs a full strip and repaint, plus a complete mechanical rebuild (for which many parts are NLA). Let’s say, £50k of work from one of only a handful of places sufficiently skilled and knowledgable (e.g. McGrath). So it had better be bought VERY cheaply!
Long thought I’d like to own one of these. Targa spec specifically. I usually come to my senses as I baulk at lurid interiors but this is lovely IMO!
Seems a quite modest estimate... Perhaps they have dropped in value in recent market turbulence....
