Having driven the whole of NZ in my last one including Skippers Canyon near Queenstown a very dangerous road

Some truly hair raising roads in NZ, especially South Island. I nearly said goodbye to it all when the WRX i was driving lost grip coming down Cardrona, several hundred meters from where Possum Bourne came to grief only a few months later.

Between the rain, the snow, the elevation and the seemingly endless hairpins, it is quite nerve wracking.

Especially in a whiteout.!

Perhaps a walk on the bogan side of life?

Yes it's a bit gaudy. Yes, it's not the greatest handling. Yes, it's not the best build quality. But!... Actually, i can't think of much endearing about it.

I'd go RS6.

Thanks. Not really a convertible kind of guy, although I've not really been in many.
<edit> Although I did just see those letters and the numbers on the boot. I wonder if it makes as much noise as the CL63.....

Keep the roof up then.
That’s some car for the money.

It won't be quiet that's for sure. A thumping 6.2l V8, 520bhp and 465 lb/ft of torque.

Unlikely I feel. I'm lining up another DB9 for tomorrow to see if it was a one off. That might make up my mind. Otherwise it could well be a trip to test a GT Speed (which I suspect Mrs C would prefer), or I might be back in the Maser world (with immediate upgrades for cameras and apple play). There's a couple of nice ones around.

Still need to get a proper job though!

Would do, but too many doors (and too spendy I think)

C
Depends if you're buying a car to be seen in or one to drive.

I can't think of a better way to spend 35k than an Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio, 3.9s to 60 , would you ever get bored of that.

Though spending 32k on one from motorhub would have me ******** myself
