Going to have to put the new one back in tomorrow just to confirm in case I’m loosing the plotCannot for the life of me think what could cause that, but at a guess the relay is faulty.
I'm sure some one smarter will be along soon.

If this fault is repeatable by swapping the relays then something wrong with the relay. The F1 gearbox ECU monitors the current draw of the relay coil so could explain the on/off fault light every time the relay is cycled for F1 pump operation.
