I did have custody of this one for ages as well while my buddy Matt went travelling. He just sold it after 10 years ownership. Mega spec, even more than mine including CSL wheels, carbon roof (actual roof, not a wrap, crazy job to do), eibach springs, gruppeM filter, carbon bits, side skirts, full supersprint exhaust blah blah blah. Sold for 22k which takes the **** out of what an m3csl is worth. Get a good one before they are fortunes.

Never really liked the small BMWs. Then they released the concept car for the new Z4, and it looked fab - see below. I was quite interested in getting one, and signed up for the emails/news.

Then the actual car was released, and surprise surprise it did not greatly resemble the concept, and was more like the old model. So we scrapped the idea with alacrity!

Agree, when I saw that I made me sit up and take notice. A real shame it didn't turn out that way.

What I don't get one of the key things that defined the Supra's legacy was it's 2JZ engine with it's over engineered build quality and robustness and it's potential for big power.

Changing that for a BMW engine who make cheese engines in comparison completely betrays this philosophy.

Cop out for Toyota. Then again, they have been extremely boring for the past decade anyway so I'm not surprised. LFA aside, that is.

The Z4 Coupe (E86) Looks so much better than the Z3M (E38/6). The latter looks like a bread van. However it's a shame they didn't do an E89 coupe as I think the E86 looks dated.
