I had some f***wit put a tyre on the wrong way round so that the inside was on the outside - something similar? TBH the picture (or my eyes) isn't that great.

Should we be able to read the lettering / numbering on those tyres? I can't make it out from those photos.

It does look like the wheels aren't bolted on, but I'm sure that can't be it.

If you think the pads are missing you’re mistaken. The pad wouldn’t be visible through the hole.

The yellow dot should be lined up with the valve stem. Close on the front, out on the rear. But that's not it.

Looks like a different profile front and rear but that is not that unusual
