Black window trim for Granturismo .

I’m after window trims for my Granturismo 2008 that are not chrome....cannot find anywhere

Mine were painted piano black, in-situ on my GTS prior to me buying it and it still looked great two years on when I sold it. It does make a big difference

Ok didn’t think you could paint chrome all that well ?

I guess if it is given a good key first and the right product is used, it will be fine. I believe the one on my old car was done by a paint shop rather than a DIY'er and it held up well

So could any good auto paint shop do it do you think?

I don't see why not but hopefully they would be honest enough to say if they have successfully done it before on another car
TY, tbh all the chrome the only bit im not so keen on with the GT. ok with the handles and even the chrome lips but the windows are a bit too far.

I agree Greg ... oh, and the boot handle - that always drove me mad!

I have a carbon one made for my Stradale to match the boot spoiler

I just ordered my carbon boot lip to replace the chrome strip and carbon door handle coves

Painting chrome is fine as long as body shop preps it, I looked into carbon dipping but would have to change everything else on the car
