Hi

Have just had my Gransport serviced at Bill McGraths and i have nothing but praise, these guys are huge fans of the brand and know every single detail about these cars and a visit to their premises is a treat in its self to see Maserati from every era either being serviced or restored to original condition, and i have not even got to the best bit yet.
I had a 31000 mile service done which included all usual parts, oil filters, pollen filters new gear box oil as well as engine oil, new antifreeze and the multi V drive belt, they also replaced loose screws and rivits that they found while giving he car a real good look over, the gear box self learn was re-set and wheel alignment was checked as well.
Now i did supply the airfilter ( BMC ) and the plugs ( Denso's ) and the price......... £659.00 plus vat.
They even gave me lift to the station.

I have just before Christmas used their parts department and agree they are a top company with old good fashioned service like it should be.

The staff are so very helpful and keep in touch at all stages, they even spotted that my front wheels were toeing in by a millimeter or two.

Yup, always best to clarify...give instruction...if extra work need done....I know one of the indies photos everything they find and do for you, can't remember who....but a great way to keep a record and get info to you at office or home etc...so you can see whats needing replaced/mended.

Bill McGraths during the service did a number of small jobs around the car that they did not charge for but made me aware of them, bigger items that were brought to their attention like tyre replacement they gave me a call first.
Some of the jobs they did do without charging were not small jobs in my book, so hats off to them for wanting to look after a car properly.

Good customer care......if you have it up on ramps and aprts stripped off......ie...to other work and a simple adjustment or re-alignment of something is quite easy to do...but means a lot to the customer due to the price of labour!

It all helps.....they take more pride in their work, they have a happy customer...and are praised on open forums.......great!
