Baby seats

My little one is just about out growing her first baby seat so it's time for a new one.

I saw a 612 with a Ferrari logo'd baby seat in the back - Personally, I think that this is the ONLY car that you can get away with a Ferrari baby seat without looking like a muppet.

Maserati don't do an equivelant, so has anyone ever known of anyone getting a baby seat retrimed to match the car interior?
Do you think there any safety implications?
Or more easily, does anyone know of a good baby seat that comes in black leather with red stitching?

i know Recaro do baby seats, they look i bit more cool than the normal mothercare option.

Safety should be OK Dan as the seat will still be the seat....Did think about doing this a few years ago....Got a quote to retrim in blue leather to matech the 3200...£300. Decided it just wasn't worth it. That was a while ago though.

Excellent , great to see this long time problem/poser resolved , nice to see Maserati keeping up with the times and our very own vanity, hehe you do realize Dan were passing on this ego to our kids , frightning thought hehe
