Use the AG products on mine, but find that too many applications of polar seal leaves a residue which has a oily type finish to the bright work (not oily as in sticky, but that colour patter you get if oil goes into water).
I use these as well and the results are impressive. The Polar Seal does say you don't need to apply more than once a month (as i'm sure you know :)) and I've not had the same problem.

Bilt Hamber snowfoam followed by AG polar wash for me too.
Previously used regular AG shampoo but now converted. Bit of a pain having to change foam lances part way through but hey ho.

Also a fan of a DI filter for final rinse having a black XC90 as family wagon and a washing location always in the sun.

Treated myself to a new drying towel which makes a big difference- my last ones were good but you don’t realise how much absorbancy they lose after years of machine washing.

How did you get on with the Polar Wash, Sam?

I like it! I've only used it a few times so far, but definitely a bit of a time saver.
I may need to alter my technique to spray a panel or two then wash, before spraying the next etc, as by the time I've done the roof, bonnet and boot, the Polar wash has all but run off the wings and doors, so have to re-apply.
I like how it feels under the mitt and the finish seems good. My go to shampoo is usually either Bilt Hamber or Meguires gold class. All very different, but good in their own ways.
