Has anyone spoken to these guys about the 4200 boomerang conversion?

I sent an e mail a few days ago and got a reply from a chap called Ray. Very helpful. has anyone else had conversations with Ray to see if there might be an opportunity to help him sell the product here so we can get some mods done on the 4200 light clusters.

Its finding a trusted body repairs that wants to take this on? or potentially a 4200 buyers consortium where we buy in bulk..

Any UK body repairs want to take ownership of this or does anyone know anyone who is intending to take this on?

I got a reply from Ray today too!
Basically he buys the boot and lights from the UK, ships to AUS, then he sells the package at AUD 6,600 ex works.
He agrees that it would be silly supplying the boot lid to the UK as he does not modify that item, and that they "may shortly be able to provide some form of partial kit for a UK group-buy discount or appoint a dealer in the UK"
So, watch this space....

Don't know.
But won't be cheap shipping a boot lid over to AUS, unless you fill a container but they won't be the demand for a container just for boot lid and lights.

That's what makes me think a packet could be saved on certain items, whereas the items he manufactures could be interesting to manage the refit..!!

Price is key. Lets see what happens, just need to keep on top of ray and make sure everything is moving in the right direction.
