My poorly rattle-y QP was deposited at Autofficina today, giving me time to give the GS a proper once over...



And later in the afternoon spotted this piece of exotica... possibly filling up ahead of tomorrow? Will keep an eye out for it...

Guys, does anyone know where the Campbell gate entrance is... is it accessed via Brooklands Road (round the back of MB world), or is it the 'Members Entrance' that shows up as '2' in the illustration below? According to google maps the members entrance is temporarily closed...

I was going to follow their instructions, which are put KT13 0QN in the satnav and then blindly follow it till you see JTI Members Hill on a sign. That’s the Campbell Gate.

Thanks for putting that up. I hadn't looked at the detail, and currently eating and drinking at a hotel, so would have just followed the cars and signs tomorrow... And ended up in the normal car park lol

What time are people aiming to arrive? (I've not been before )

Some snaps I took from today. Some observations:

• Blu Med GS's are as common as muck... OK, so the first other one I've ever seen was in the row behind us!
• Spotted an F12 TDF... very shiny, and very pricey judging by the 3 or so on AT...
• Very taken by the Maserati edition Abarth! If I ever had a need for a small runaround...
• Bad taste award goes to the owner of the purple Lambo with bright orange accents. Seriously.

Maserati was one of the best represented marques today (way more so than in the past) but….the event was significantly quieter than previous years.

There must have been half or maybe two thirds the number of cars present that I have seen at previous events, which is a shame especially as the tickets are a third more expensive!

Yer, it made an erm "entrance" later on, it was nice, think I counted 7 or 8 3200's too, common as muck!
