As above, too slow as eyes are not on the same axis as the headlights so often dazzle. A solution to a problem we did not know we had. Just like the electric handbrake!

From what I can tell from mine, the thing they dont do (which I would) is turn off the full beam before a car comes round the corner (when I can see through a hedge or whatever), however they do instantly adjust when the oncoming lights point towards me.

Interesting to read other people's experiences. I have occasionally used this feature in my Ghibli, but I also find it too slow and I end up on edge, worrying about the oncoming driver, so I tend not to use it ...

LEDs on the golf I recently purchased seem to mask the oncoming car, or car I’m following from the lights. So effectively there’s a shadow exactly where the other vehicles are. Been using them for a week or so every night and they seem to react quickly (not sure if the golf uses it’s radar combined with its camera), but I’ve had no angry flashing coming my way. It’s fascinating to watch the shadow track whatever is in front of you. Switches off automatically if there’s lots of road signs, lower speeds or junctions. The main beam and dipped LEDs are astonishingly good coming from xenon’s on my other motors. I can understand the above rant as the main beams would be dazzle anyone.
