Audio question

Guys, I've a 2010 gts and struggling to get mp3 from a pen drive to the jukebox. In the menu, my cd, usb and jukebox are greyed out and cant be selected. My aux input in the glove box is the one where you can transfer data and not just charge but ive been through the manual and am defeated. Anyone had this wee issue?

I've not known all those to be greyed out. Are they greyed out all the time or just when you insert the usb? How full is the usb? It can take ages to read it if there's a lot on it.

They're greyed out all the time, ive only around forty songs on the usb drive so not too much. Strange one, I was hoping it would be silly me but ive tried (I think) all options on the menu.

I'd start by putting CD in to see if the CD option becomes active - that should also then give you the option to transfer to jukebox so you can see if that is also working. As for USB, I'd try another, format it FAT32 and just copy a couple of MP3's at first. Other than that, I'm out of ideas
