audio/bluetooth not working

radio & cd show information but no sound is played at any volume
phone/bluetooth says the system is starting but never starts

any ideas?

Welcome to the forum. I don’t have any experience of this personally. Is it a Ghibli, QPVI or Levante you are having trouble with?

i’ve read about if the battery level is low it can cause this issue so i’ll try to check that tomorrow
i love this car so much but not having audio would be a huge deal breaker

Amplifier is in boot on passenger side. Check there is no water ingress in the boot.
If you have a sunroof the rear drain is nearby. You never know!
