Attaching exhaust manifolds

Hi
Does anyone know how to re attach the exhaust manifolds whilst the cylunder heads are still attached to the block
The engine manual shows bolting them to the heads before attaching heads to block but having done bottom end overhaul I am desperately trying to avoid pulling the heads.
if the turbos are still bolted to manifold you cannot get access to all of the manifold bolts
if you take turbo off first I dont think you can get access to rear bolts to re secure it once manifold it attached

Turbos says 3200 says...ouch. In Leftpondia, so no help here...

So you can refit exhaust manifold / turbos with cylinder heads still on if sump is removed. Passenger side bolts on with turbo attached - driver side needs turbo assembly removed from manifold Tough job with seized studs and knuckle ripping access but at least I can get on with the bottom end rebuild now
