Assetto Corsa Alloys

Gents, I have a dilemma. As some of you will know, my Assetto Corsa has gloss black alloys, and has had so for many years. The time has come to have them refurbished and new tyres fitted. So......... do I keep them black, or go for factory original Mercury Grigio? I could have that matched as inside of the fronts are still this colour .
Fair to say I got my money's worth from the Pirellis!

I like both buddy. Maybe time for a change though and go original. You can always change again if you get bored. Saying that why don’t you see what other greys/anthracite colours they can do and just pick one you like the best.

Not sure of the colour of your car Allan, but another vote for returning to original (did I read that right that the rear faces were not paid when painted gloss black?).

They will look better, and will be better should you ever sell (isn't this the car you sold and bought back?).

Yes, the fronts were only painted on the outside, and yes it is the car I bought back lol.

Where are you having them done?

I need to get my finger out and change my winter Mini set to black rather than running 2 silver and 2 black wheels during the cold season.

Also, original for me too, not because of the originality, more because I’m not a fan of black wheels!

Possibly Reid Works in Dundee. The premises are a bit back street garage like, but workmanship has always been excellent. They did two sets of Brera alloys in the past for me, and fabricated it's exhaust. I'll speak to them this week.

Nice one, let me know the results please! Haven’t hear much about Reid, have heard mixed opinions of Peak (I think they are called) and Coatech in Carnoustie. Also, it’s Dundee, all premises are a bit back street garage like
