ASK Amplifier for Becker auditorium

The AMP has blown in my GS sadly so I'm on the hunt for one, not really fancying paying the £600-700 for a new one so if anyone's got a used one they are looking to offload please let me know

You can bypass the amp, the loom has two connections about 12" from the amp which are mated.

Pull them apart and discarded the extra bit going to the amp and just plug the remaining connections together.

My own amp went five years back and no one seems to want to repair stuff these days.

Thanks for the advice, I had thought about that fix, does it effect the sound a great deal

The amp is very basic... but I have a non standard head unit so I cant advice... but it is a quick job to do once the battery is removed.
