Results finally back 68 hours after the test. All clear as expected, so we're all back to work and school today with strict instructions not to cough.

Great news!

It should also be pointed out that we live in the Tendring area which has the lowest rate of infection:

The execution squad has been busy, but it keeps the numbers down.

Not sure if this is true but Chris Witty is advising the Government that they need to lockdown for two weeks reported by the Mail.

Just reading the scrolling text on the TV

A german football team has lost a game 37-0 to their local rivals after observing strict social distancing during the game

I really hope there's a video somewhere :D

Couple of interesting pieces crossed my desk this morning
1) An article relating to some research that suggests innate immunity for CV19 is far higher than previously expected. This would help to account for situations where countries have behaved in similar ways and have very different infection / mortality rates.

2) Carl Heneghen and the latest CEBM analysis on why positive testing by PCR may have little or no correlation to the ability of that person to infect or be infected by the virus when asymptomatic.
This would help (together with the increased tests, clearly) to account for why, whilst 'cases' are growing hugely, hospital admissions and deaths are growing more slowly than have been previously observed (not just in the UK, but in other countries)
