sounds like a normal day at the Kremlin to me , why go through the expense of developing anything if you can act the school bully and steal it, it’s worked for decades

What test did you use? Did you get one privately?
Did you do it yourself or was it done by a health professional?

I'm just very interested in whether they are any good as I'd like a test, but want a reliable one.
I'm considered high risk, so life has been very restricted throughout all this, but if I have already had it, I could relax my restrictions and get back to work ASAP.

it was organised by my company
My wife works in residential care - I work in the building industry and haven’t stopped through this whole debacle

I am no doctor and can’t advise, but part of me is saying - am I missing something?

The NHS recon the online antibody tests are not at all accurate, which is why they recommend not buying them.

With regards to what you had around New Year, according to my doctor, there was a nasty flu like virus going around between November and January which make a lot of people think they had CV19.

I had that bug (when I was at Centre Parcs of all places), but compared to whatI had in March I'd take the Centre Parcs bug all day every day.
The Centre Parcs bug (as I'll call it) was done and dusted with antibiotics in a few days.

What I think was CV19 took me over 3 weeks to clear, and even now I have a lot of the after effects confirmed CV19 patients are displaying (breathlessness, headaches, aching muscles etc etc etc).

Geoff
you are right that knocked me out at the beginning of the year.
The test was done my my company - I would like to think it was legitimate, my wife who works in residential care has been tested 3 times now and will be every fortnight - she has been negative each time ...... so far

To answer the OP, still not at all. So far, I’ve taken zero precautions and am enjoying life just the same as always. If I’ve had it, I don’t know and if I haven’t, tbh, I don’t care. If I do get it and it kills me people will laugh but again, I won’t care. This sh!t isn’t going to rule my life because, quite frankly, I couldn’t give a cr4p. Happy days.

That is because you are from Yokshire

Disgusting really but how do you stop them, start WW3 , the death of Dawn Sturgess was an attack of a British citizen but other than expelling diplomats I don't know if anything else happened, we don't want to go back to the days of the cold war with missiles stationed all over the UK , I used to drive past Molesworth every morning, lit up by a ring of lights , it gave me the creeps thinking there were nuclear weapons so close to where I lived, though I did used to think if we ever get the 4 minute warning I'm driving as close to there as I can get

Sad news.
It is sad. Last went on a 747 in October last year. Only booked economy but the nice people at BA (not many people say that!) upgraded us and it was a pleasant place to be for a few hours. The downside to that was economy on the way home which somehow seemed harder than it should have been especially as it was a 777 with a screen the size of a smart phone.

Little extra comfort tbh

I'd assumed that the Ukrainian one would be operated by Russians claiming they were only there to avert a disaster and Ukraine should be grateful to have such a generous neighbour. Oh, and seeing as we're here we may as well stay. Permanently. It's our aeroplane now.
