My Dr GF thinks the same and was ill in late Dec. She has a antibody test on Friday.

I am doubtful as I caught nothing at the same time and neither did her friends and family.

We will see, but my money is on her having Man Flu, which for most women is frequently fatal... or so Im told!

Have any on here paid the money to have the antibody test?

I’ve had an invite to buy the abbot test for £160 pp and it’s questionable whether it’s worth the money...

So no guarantee you have any immunity, and may stop you being forced to stay at home following a T&T... waste of money even if someone else is paying IMO.

although - it could in theory make you feel more confident that you’ve already had it, and therefore increase your willingness to try and get back to a more normal life?…

An interesting read and alarming too.
I await to be corrected though.

I hope the localised spikes that we are seeing in countries that came out of lockdown early are exactly that localised - time will tell

Some frightening pictures of the number of people on Beaches today absolutely crammed full.
Hope that second wave isn't coming.

There's plenty of waves at the beach, especially if there's a low out at sea...
Can’t speak for Bournemouth and such like as I was at West Wittering, from a picture it looks rammed and overcrowded, but in reality every group was well over 2mtr away from each other.
A camera angle can be very misleading
