Wonder if we have enough sh1t roll.....:)

We bought some yesterday as they were on special at Tesco's at the front of the store.
Ironically when we the isle were the pasta is, there was barely any left, and when we walked down the isle for Kleenex tissues we saw that most of the bog roll was gone.

It's started already......

Why do people have to panic buy ??
Just spoke with my twin brother in Gloucestershire and tells me Morrisons have started quewing again at their stores.
Not sure what's happening here in France with the daily numbers getting higher.
Take care all.

The biggie will they close the pubs and restaurants again, which I believe is the biggest spreader.
Eat out to help out probably has made the situation worse.
The problem here is people completely forgot, did not understand or simply didn’t give a **** and went out without socially distancing.

Friends of ours suggested going out for a meal and booked a table, it was to be a table for 4 but would not have allowed for socially distancing between us, we had them round for a BBQ instead where we could socially distance.

I was looking at the Bristol Queens Square car meet that took place yesterday.
Some lovely pictures of some beautiful cars but spot anyone wearing a mask.

At the Re;Fuel event I posted pics of yesterday, it was a requirement that you wore a mask at all times, unless eating or drinking, vast majority did.

Just seen that most Departments in France are in the Red here so I'm guessing we're all having to be careful with Autumn fast approaching.

I‘ve no idea what’s going on , Warrington is in lockdown from tomorrow but it’s not the you can’t go out lockdown , it‘s a you can’t see your mates Lockdown ,unless you want to go to the pub then it’s fine

we were thinking of going out in the motor home to north wales at the weekend , removing anything that says we’re from Warrington , but we might still get caught out If there are any tricky questions at the border

Why here in the UK are we so against rules and regulations, and basic common sense. Why have the majority got such short memories, and determined to crash back into the situation we were in six months ago. Back then people were praising the medical profession for doing such a great job, but within a short time all that had been forgotten, no one complained when nurses didn’t get a pay rise, after all they had done. Not long from now you will be praising them again with a petty clap on a Thursday evening when the NHS is once again overwhelmed by dick heads that don’t give a sh1t about anyone else. We are in a position right now where we can still make a difference and not reach the levels being seen in Spain and France, but no, we just want to go out and party, put others lives at risk and have a great British time, don’t tell us what we can do!. It is obvious that more stringent enforcement is necessary when we don’t have the common sense or thought for anyone else. So if the government have to make make those decisions for us, because we are so stupid, let’s go for it.

All that depends on whether you believe what they're telling you.

How many covid patients have the nightingale hospitals treated exactly , and that's with people not giving a ****

I still believe CV19 is going nowhere until it's been through all of us, 14 in the ICU in birmingham

Time will tell. 40,000 deaths are not to be taken lightly, but how many were actually from Covid?

I'm guessing the non Covid, Covid related deaths will be much higher (suicide, operations cancelled etc).
Apparently ( source: Dr John Campbell 19/9/20) 28.8% of those with Covid in ICU's actually died of other underlying causes. But these are counted in the UK Govt stats as Covid deaths. Why?

I don’t get why everyone is saying the Swedish approach is so much better.

Their country much less densely populated than the UK so the spread will undoubtedly be slower. Not rocket science.
Population of Sweden around 11m population of UK around 66m and much more densely populated rather than spreadout like Sweden.

So the morons are back at work again...can't believe how stupid some people are.

Does anyone wish to speculate as to why China has recorded only 2 deaths in the past 150 days?

Sure... I get it that 80% of the world's population are not Chinese. I get that 90% of the earth's land mass is not in China. I get that other countries also have porous borders with thousands of miles of unmanned perimeter. I get that there are regions in other countries with little to no healthcare system.

And so it's very perplexing that 2 people in a nation of 1.5 billion have perished since April.

I’ll do more than speculate.
They’re lying again.

This is something that I find curious. It doesn't sound like rocket science to me. Of course, if you had (for example) COPD from smoking for 50 years, and caught COVID, and died, your probably died of COPD, but would you have died that soon had it not been for COVID? I have no idea how to square that circle. Of course if you're hit by a bus you'll still be counted as a CV death if you've had a positive test within 28 days. That seems, well, dumb.
