Bang on the money, they are all thinking that camera facial recognition will identify them , but very soon it will be by the way they walk .....................in conjuction with other forms of recognition then we will have the little pesky blighters , swattem down down like mozzies

Interesting. Will that also allow Them to tell that I'm a woman's man (no time to talk)?

but very soon it will be by the way they walk

that's exactly how they eventually managed to catch the fully masked up "basil" of the hatton garden robbery, some 4 years later due to having a distinctive walk, not as distinctive as this basil though

I do support the need to open things up and get the economy going and how difficult this is to balance against the health of the nation, but I worry that already people think its all over and won’t abide by the rules that remain.

After the Reading tragedy the Church opened its doors for people to mourn, yet its closed for funerals (those that are open limit to x10) then we saw 100 or so school children (who are not able to attend school) enter for a service with no social distancing .......

In today’s Mail there is a picture of some youths celebrating the new rules whilst blatantly breaking the existing rules ........

And of course we have the example of the recent protests where people just ignored.

So if the relaxation will onky work if people stick to the rules , get ready for the second wave !!

George Floyd died on May 25th. First large scale UK protest May 31st. Largest scale protest that I can see was 'Tens of thousands of people protested across the UK' was June 7 (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/George_Floyd_protests_in_the_United_Kingdom#:~:text=The first solidarity protests in,Stand Up to Racism banners.)

Incubation period roughly 2 weeks. My personal view is that we're already seeing any impact that there will be. There may be more to come, of course.

Just wait till the pubs open, I like a draught beer in the beer garden on a summer's day but I'm going to give it a few weeks...

As an aside, my daughter the nurse and who spent 6 weeks nursing Covid + patients and ended up having two negative tests, has just had a positive antibody test, strange but true.

Hope she is one of those barely affected. Just proves they won’t have a vaccine for ever as they can’t get an accurate test!

She only had mild symptoms both times and is perfectly well now, she was surprised to have got a positive antibody test give the two Covid tests were negative. Nothing is straight forward.

Ultimately it's all about the economy

If the future looks bleak suicide among the young worries me much more than the over 80s dying

The really vulnerable can afford to self isolate for as long as they feel the need to, if you're in your 80s where do you really need to go !

Was having similar discussion with friend, who said similar about dates of big events, we are both of the opinion that it has been in this country for far longer than anybody thinks, We were both really ill in Dec/Jan, would love to have the antibody test to prove it one way or another.
