Hi all
I’m having issues with Apple car play and wondered if anyone else has had it? When connected into usb the connection randomly just stops working and won’t restart until car has been turned off and on.

mots like usb has no power as phone wont charge either

any fixes or is it a trip to Maserati?

It is a little temperamental, if you disconnect after initially connecting it needs you to stop, turn off and restart. It doesn’t like the break in connection. It shouldn’t however simply disconnect. I had a connection issue with my USB cable. My wife’s phone worked fine whereas mine was really hit and miss and we traced it to the cable. Maybe try an alternative cable first before you explore other fixes (if you haven’t already).
