Anyone working in Private Equity?

So do we have anyone in the PE game either as

1) investing in a PE
2) working for a PE firm
3) equity holder in a PE investor business
4) been in and out of any of the above

I only ask out of interest and to perhap share experiences (via PM as appropriate)

I am significantly invested in a PE backed business at moment (my second).

We've been majority owned by a PE firm for a couple of years now. It's interestingly different from how it used to be.
