that's been up for sale for at least a couple of years, nice build and would of cost a sh1t load of money but problem is it aint worth anywhere near what they're asking or hoping to get, much rather spend that sort of money on a genuine un molested Evo1 or 2, I did have an Evo1 and every time I got it on the 2 poster ramp you cold physically see the door gaps opening up and sticking, a lot of flex in the shells

As an exercise in engineering and throwing money into a hole in the ground it would be hard to beat it.

If I had the sort of money to do that and not miss it, would I? Probably. But not that radiator, it looks stoopid.

“Lightweight but rigid body”, they’ve obviously never jacked one up. You use one jacking point and the doors won’t open.

Bit like Lancia Fulvia's and Alfa Sud's then and anything else made in the 70's

Porsche 9II's were even worse, you'd go around an roundabout fairly sharpish and the passenger door would come open;)

Awesome bit of kit and an exercise in building to a preference and agree that radiator is fecking horrible

Which is a bit like where my Q4 is going although but with less money.

I had a Mondeo that would do that. Funny the first couple of times. But not so funny when my 6 year old son was in the car!

Did the Q4 have the turbo engine?

The original 155 Q4 (Narrow body) had a detuned 16V 2.0 Turbo and 4WD from the Integrale. They were reported to be down to 190BHP but every standard that I know has been tested is always over 200BHP, Alfa officially imported 19 into the UK.

Mine is a later wide body version, never imported to the UK, and is believed to be 1 of maybe 6 here now. It has had a few mods over time, uprated turbo, cams, exhaust, map etc. and was producing just under 300BHP. It is currently being rebuilt again with a plan to have a reliable, useable 300BHP plus.
