I'm thinking of selling my 2006 duo-select QP V, so if anyone knows of someone on the hunt, please have them contact me (ewan at coppercoat dot com).

She's metallic black, with cream leather interior and black stitching. Black carpets and piano black facia. Spec/upgrades include 19 inch wheels, red brake callipers, sunroof, tinted side/rear glass, front infra-red reflecting screen, skyhook, heated seats, CD changer, front and rear sensors, and most importantly and expensive of all, an amazing sounding Tubi exhaust. 56,800 miles with full service history. Emblem have looked after the car for the last 3 years, so feel free to call them and chat to Myles about it.

As for price, I'm happy to discuss an offer at the "going rate" and have no wish to try to be greedy and end up waiting for months. My current thoughts are £16,500 but I'm happy to be advised by others, especially if that's deemed too low:0

It's not advertised anywhere yet, so is only known to forum members/visitors for now.

More details/pictures available on request.DSC09738.JPG

having now test driven a QP and a 4200 I can really appreciate the appeal of the QP when I thought I'd never be tempted by a 4 door!............. and black/cream has to be imo the top combo!
your car looks fantastic Ewan........would love to see more pics, especially the interior to make me sad I cannot get it:battered:

The clutch read from a couple of months back was 45%, but 6 months before that was 57%. I think we all know that it's just a guide, and not Gospel, but I think of it as about 50% worn - meaning it could need changing in 20,000 miles or so. Certainly, it's not something to think about at this stage in its life. (For what it's worth, my first QP V is still on its original clutch, and that's after over 50k miles.)

The most recent work was a pair of new rear tyres and the fitting of a proper cup holder (in place of the kit kat job).

In the ideal World I wouldn't sell it, but the chap buying my Porsche 951 has just pulled out, which is a minor spanner in the works of my Shamal purchase. I could perhaps proceed with the Shamal anyway, but that will mean I'll have even more cars too many, and an even more unhappy wife...

Please - speaking as a fellow '06 owner - that's much too low for such a pampered car.

You do see '06 ones coming on the market for £16k - which might be the "going rate" but we all know by the time one adds tyres, service, and sorting a few niggles out that can quickly be £20k. I've not seen your car but I know from your posts it is well looked after and I'm guessing it wants for nothing. So pitching it with the other "going rate" '06 QPs might be underpriced.

Personally think £16,500 about right. Paid that for my 55reg in same colour scheme with 43k miles on from the Ferrari centre here in Kent. Serviced on the button annual and mileage with recent clutch and warranty. Was up for £18k they had taken in p/ex against a newer QP.
would like the Tubi though!!

With the aid of my reading glasses I discovered my QP has done 53,300 miles, and not the 56,800 I wrote originally:)

Michael's right, a good one is worth a lot more than any of the average cars out there. It's been maintained at Emblem recently and Ewan pampers his car so I'd say it's worth nearer £20k than £16500.
